  This Duncan Donuts was a great place to stop for breakfast...people were friendly, store was clean. We stopped about 9:00 pm on the same day, and found the store cluttered, not clean, low on product, and the workers didn't really act as if they cared if they had your favorite donut or not.

  Attempted to order breakfast sandwiches; told they weren't making sandwiches. Tried to order apple critter but said they were out. So we ordered two glazed donuts and two coffees. Waited 15 minutes to get coffee and donuts (one orher customer in store). Then asked the person why not serving sandwiches. She stated training someone and she basically can not do two things. Serious.management issue here. Not planning on returning.

  I went in here one morning and they only had one person working the register up front. It's their busiest time of the day and they only have one person. They were moving so slow like no one had a job or school they needed to be at. Not only that but the lady was extremely rude and she didn't know what donuts were what when i asked. She acted as if I was bothering her by ordering but if it wasn't for the customers she wouldn't have a job. Being treated like this in the morning ruins someone's day and makes me not want to come back.

  Love the coffee! Now if they could keep the same staff and not leave people at the drive window for 5 min not even acknowledging that we are there, the coffees ready sitting where we could see them. Then they had a attitude when she had to cash us out and give us our coffees. A polite demeanor would have gone a long way to correcting the situation. However the only word spoke to us was then price and then we did not recieve out receipt.
