  I absolutely love the Krystal in Macclenny! The lady manager is the best and obviously her crew respects her, because they are always happy and helpful. The restaurant is clean and my food is always good! So 5 stars because of good food, service, cleanliness, and most of all happy faces. Thank you for great management!

  Every time I order from the drive- thru they just blurt out the special to you and at least I cannot understand from the back feed too my surprise what ever I order they say its too late too cook this or that and sell me what they have left over. This Sat night we got there earlier then our normal time the People were polite and friendly but again the food cold how can a krystal burger be cold the bread was soft but not steamed so for this I have to say farewell to a southern tradition and eat were the food is hot and you can order what you like and not eat the non selling items.

  I gave one star as it would not let me post UNLESS I gave a star. This abysmal establishment DOES NOT deserve a star but MINUS 10 stars. The "customer service" is non existent and just this morning, I ordered 2 Sunrisers and a Roadie Diet Coke.....as usual, the Sunriser was cold, the cheese was cold and not even warm, the meat was cold and the bun was stale and complaining to the totally incompetent manager is useless, as I know from calling in to complain about the food being stone cold, she could care less....when asked if they even check the food as it goes out, "Well, of course we do" is her pat answer.....they trained her to lie well....IF they truly checked the food and then decided that stone cold food is what they wished to serve, then there is something fundamentally wrong with this business and the management. I WILL NEVER be going back to this "fast cold food" franchise again.....ever.....even if were the ONLY drive through in Macclenny......I would drive to Jacksonville to order something, so if you want high quality, fresh and hot food at your drive through, then you will need to go to the other available choices on 121 and avoid this abysmal Krystal at all costs.
